Evan Hansen was always nervous, and wouldn't stop freaking out over the smallest things. When these two characters lives collide, literally, how will their company change the other? Can each character save themselves and the other? Note: This is an AU, in the musical version Connor is not good friends with Evan while in this version he is (due to the events that transpired in this fanfiction), so while I ship treebros in the AU context this is not the original musical, you can make your own opinion after watching the original. Alex and Connor became friends in time out when in 2nd grade. By senior year, Alex was in jazz band and had a 3.9 GPA. Connor on the other hand, put the high in school and couldn't get through a month without getting a detention. (His record was 3 weeks and 2 days.) Yet they're still friends, for now at least. Going to rehab was never easy, going to rehab for 3 suicide attempts was harder. Meeting the rehab celebrity per se, was hardest. Evan meets Connor at rehab. TW serious topics mentioned such as suicide, eating disorders, self harm, abuse, etc. It's a DEH fanfic but I will not be giving warnings beforehand because I'm a very consistent writer, so tread lightly. I'm trying to make this very emotional so prepare for that.
