Katarina, a broke teenager who's bored, stumbles across an ad on the newspaper. It's for a show called "Total Drama Island." Since curiosity killed the cat, Kat decides to sign up. Of course, she also made her best friend, Eva, sign up as well. What Kat was not expecting, was for her and Eva to both get accepted. While Kat was overjoyed, Eva was just annoyed. She didn't want to say no to Kat, so she signed up thinking that there's no way she would get accepted. Well, here they were. The same world that she used to call home is now a waking nightmare she has no way of escaping. Even those she called her friends feel nothing like they used to, only coming off as puppets made to perform for a faceless crowd.
