Chelle is a lone she-wolf struggling to survive after her pack had been destroyed. She saves a wolf pup from a rogue wolf, resulting in receiving favor and appreciation from the pup's Alpha. Chelle has to struggle through jealous females, her lack of self confidence and feelings for her new Alpha, the handsome Raymond Black. Raymond Black is the Alpha of the Evergreen Pack and in search of his mate. All of the unmated females of the pack are crazy for him and try to get his attention. He isn't interested in any of them. So when he saves the beautiful white lone wolf who saved one of his own, he grows fond of her quickly and is grateful to find his mate. Now he has to struggle to show that Chelle is worthy of special attention and that he is the one who doesn't deserve her and he has to protect her from her rivals.
