What she certainly didn't expect to find was a girl so lost in the world of the bright lights that she began to see them as stars lined up in front of her and the only source of light in the whole world. How long could a girl last in a world full of fake smiles and how long can Ethel watch it go on for? All Mara wanted was to be amaranthine; for her legacy to last on for years and years after she hit the END button on her camcorder, but Ethel didn't know if that was even something a teenager could handle all on her own.
