I don't own these words, I just saw them, liked them, and decided to spread them

The average teenager hates themselves because they feel.. Average, basic, and just plain boring. They think they're over weight because apparently you have to be 10lbs to be perfect on everyone's eyes. Girls get bullied and put down by other girls who cake their faces and think they're better then everyone just because the makeup that's covering them makes them look hot as hell. Yeah I admit there are pretty girls out there that are natural and beautiful, but it doesn't mean just because they have prettier eyes then you or a nicer nose than you do doesn't mean you're not pretty. Many stars have said before "all girls are beautiful in their own unique way". I had a hard time believing a single word until I saw that it's true. Every single girl is beautiful in their own way. Basically my book is my thoughts or my personal journal on all of this. It's to encourage and show you that you are beautiful no matter what.
