The angles are hunting Castiel but find Dean instead. Micheal and the other archangels are demanding Dean be brought to heaven for 'questioning'. They wildly underestimate how much this human means to their kin, and how loyal Winchester's are. So warnings for torture (obviously), suicidal thoughts, and cursing.

Monday- Looks over the demons who live on the surface of earth, not in Hell, and makes sure they follow some rules and cleans up their mess.
