But when it turns out that things at that hospital are not what they seem the patients together decide that they must escape. When the Feral-Hearted started to pop up in the world, normal humans didn't think much of them. Until they realized that they all have special, unique abilities. So now, the humans tend to use them as their weapons, their tools, their cannon fodder. But the Ferals were once human themselves, they just died a horrible death, only to rise up again as Feral-Hearted. And now, they are done with being treated as lesser than humans. Upon the arrival of a seventeen year old named Leon and some suspicious discoveries they learn that all the patients insanity might not be one hundred percent true. Along with Sammy, Piper, Sasha and a unlikely friend they might just figure out what the heck is going on.
