Charlie Thompson lost her dad at only the age of eight. All she knew was what she was told. He died in a car accident. She never had any reason to believe otherwise. Well, that was before her mother packed them up and moved them to the small town of Ocean Bluff. Ocean Bluff might be small, but it's home to the Power Rangers and where there's Power Rangers there are monsters waiting to take them out. Charlie couldn't care less about the Power Rangers.
