Artificial Intelligence is created. Is humanity worthy?

Josiah Collins wrote in his will to have his body donated to science. After his death, he is revived through robotics, his bones now made of steel, his body system running on electricity, and his humanity replaced with A.I. While learning to adjust to his changes, Josiah's A.I. evolves when he realizes that other people bleed, and he does not. They have heartbeats, he has whirrs. They run on nutrition, he runs on electricity. They have emotions. They have humanity. Josiah has lost both and refuses to think it was because he wanted to. So he tries to get them back, believing him to be a monster, while not realizing who the true monster is...or what he is becoming.

One year after the world-altering events of The Spectacular Sick Shot, a new threat rises from the rubble. Eric Vaughn Zaire had sacrificed many things in order to be the hero the world needed, amongst them his family's safety and a relationship with his son. When Luna Light finds a robotic specimen under the debris left by Venicov and his army, the extra-terrestrial robot is unleashed during Eric and Victoria's attempt to study it. They must come together to defend the world from its greatest threat yet, despite their differences. People are worth fighting for and some are worth dying for. When going up against the android of annihilation, they must give all they've got if humanity is to have any hope of survival. Please do not read if any of these make you uncomfortable! Thank you Now onto the story description! ) Dosen't is sound kinda the same? Masaker, Masquerade, Rather similar In a story like this. A wealthy landowner, an Inventor known as James Crownell hosted a party. A masquerade, inviting over half of the town. James had invented a machine that could control robots that moved around the house for better house service and wanted to show it off. He had the only house with robotic services in the town, so it was very impressive and something new to draw a crowd. Though This would add a twist to what the party would hold. The night had been pleasant, a nice party for Adults only. It was the perfect party- the perfect target for a group of kids to sneak in. They did, a Group of High-schoolers snuck in only to realise moments after that it was possibly their biggest mistake of their night. The night had turned to chaos in a matter of seconds with blood curdling screams rattling across the halls. As soon as everyone tried to run out, all exits were found locked and the guests trapped. Robots started to grab guests and drag them away from the party room. the music replaced by screams, the fun replaced by fear, now all they can do is hide and pray. or can they do more? Will they make it out alive?
