Kyla Rosewood is alone and always has been. She left her parents when she was 5 years old after they had abused her in more ways than one. The city she lives in is corrupted and nobody cares for anyone. That is until one day a strange boy saves her from being once again beaten to unconsciousness by the nearby group of teenagers. Together, they try to change the city for the better. Will they succeed? Or is the city too far into the darkness to be saved? So this story is originally my LA project and I was so proud of it that I decide to post it for you guys. I will say that it is 11 pages long in word double space but I don't know how long it will be here in wattpad. Until I have the motivation to make a cover I have decided to hold a contest. If you guys want, then you can make a cover and send it to me and the best one will be the new cover. I will dedicate the short story to the winner. And if you don't win I will still post the covers on the side as well. I hope you guys participate!!!! (And yes I do know that this is a horrible title but this is what its going to be until I think of a better one.)
