"You don't know him." Xisuma's jaw tightened. "This isn't Grian." But Silly only stared back at them, unblinking. "Then where is he?" And that was the moment- the breathless, terrifying moment- when they all realized: Grian was gone. And CHRONOS had come to claim him. Grian has a past with the Watchers, though he refuses so admit it to anyone. Not even to his closest friends. He thought those friends had died a long time ago, but it turned out he was wrong. Pearl is a runaway Watcher. She's close with the other prisoners in her unit and recently heard of the fact some of her old friends had been put into the experimental death games that others had been forced into.

This book is literally just me rambling about my random headcanons. This mostly follows stuff related to Grian (ex: Hermitcraft, Life Series, Evo etc.) I have no schedule so I'm sorry if this is really inconsistent. If this gets popular I may start doing more :) For anyone wanting to use these as inspiration for their own book or something please do give credit ( that is if you use a lot of them in your book) ;)

Watchers. Mythical beings of immense power, their original purpose having been to guide and protect the balance of Servers. But now, their purpose has been forgotten, their benevolence destroyed when one of their own was seemingly murdered by the cruel Players of the land. Now, they are said to go about the different servers, enacting their cruel destruction on anyone they come into contact with in the name of Revenge for their fallen brothed. Grian is a Watcher, though he doesn't remember anything about it. All he really remembers is waking up in a deserted and ruined Evo, his friends missing, his home destroyed. And the only logical conclusion is that he was the Monster that caused their demise. A Story about Grief, Love, Sacrifice, Selfishness, and how sometimes the best thing to do is Let Go. ___

Helloo!! This story takes place before my other one "Are you listening". You don't need to read this to understand the other one, but it'll provide some context to some things referenced. When I have no motivation to write oneshots for the other hermits, I tend to have a lot of my ideas centred around Grian. I'll put most, if not all of them in here. Some of these will have dark topics, so beware! Just a heads up, no smut will be present in this book. There might be hinted, mentioned, or light romance but it isn't going to be seen a lot. This is also NOT about the content creators, this is about the characters they put online and I just put them in silly situations, stories, and change a few things to make it more of my liking. March 2024 update: I completely forgot about this... whoops. I'll write once in a while, but not much. I'm still in the hc fandom though! and I'm keeping my old chapters. Please don't read them..
