Ewing's Sarcoma: a cancer that most often occurs in and around the bone. Extremely rare. Commonly mistaken for Osteosarcoma. - Camilla "Leah" Amore has it all- perfect boyfriend, perfect friends, just a flawless life. But something changes that. Camilla starts having leg pains. Man, did they hurt. She's very active- she's captain of the cheer squad -so leg pains weren't uncommon. But then, her leg starts swelling lightly, and her mom takes her to the doctor. She's scheduled a biopsy, and is soon diagnosed with a bone cancer called Ewing's Sarcoma. It's Tuesday, Chemotherapy at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital starts Friday. - "Momma, I don't want to die! Ho paura!" Her nimble fingers stroked my hair, "Shh, amore mio, you're strong.
