Adeline Delray was a normal seventeen year old girl, trying her hardest to get by her senior year without being noticed. I changed everything and I change stuff all the time. Maybe its because I want to change myself? I dunno. Anyways, welcome to my book! It's basically my diary, but just because its a diary doesn't mean you should judge. There's a lot of drama (me making things worse than they are) and boys. So many boys. Enjoy.

"It never used to be this way. I fell for the sleepy pale eyes of a boy, but long after he was gone, I really began to pay attention to the man who paid attention to me." This is a very incomplete collection of nonfictional musings, memoirs, prose, and letters that will (hopefully) never reach certain eyes. Some of these, although not rants in the conventional sense, are rants in the sense that they are very emotion charged. These are representative of a moment in time that no longer exists, an ephemeral reflection of the soul that quickly evolves into something new, but not entirely unrecognizable. As a result, nothing written herein is a reflection of who I am, or the feelings and opinions I may currently hold, but rather a record of things that once were... A chronicle, of sorts. Most everything in this collection is very lazily edited and in desperate need of revision, read at your own risk. Feel free to point out grammatical errors or other areas in which I may need improvement, it would be greatly appreciated.

*This is an except from the Prologue and Chapter 1.* Thirteen years ago, the lands of Kronea were embroiled in war. The Sorcerer King, Warrick Volung, killed thousands of innocent men and elves with his sorcery, and the powerful Runeblade, forged by the God of Light Tuireann himself... When it was created, the blade was a weapon of good. But it was warped by Warrick’s evil soul, and his worship of his God: the Arch-Demon Morak. The people of the lands, the last of the Elves, the Mages & Paladins of Seran Drakis, and the Rangers Guild united to stop the King. They defeated his army, and took the Runeblade, and broke it in two. Warrick was forced to retreat to his homeland, and has hid there ever since. Now Kronea is relatively peaceful. Even with peace, there are still monsters in the shadows: human and humanoid alike. To keep order, the Rangers Guild seek them out, and deal with them accordingly. Stefan Rickardson is one of the best Rangers. He always gets the mission done, no matter the cost. When he's sent on a quest to stop yet another person, he thinks it's the same as every other mission... But the further he goes on the hunt, the more Stefan starts to question his orders. Especially when the person he's after isn't evil. Meanwhile, a greater evil is stirring up again, and will push Stefan to his emotional and psychological limits... And it will break him, and everyone around him. Wills will be tested… And blood will be spilled. ... The whole novel will be released later in 2014! In eBook and print Formats.
