I have included only him because of his abilities (traveling to digital worlds with his free will). Do not take any of my writing seriously, as this is all just out of pure fun and imagination. And I will try to portray any of the characters behaviors as accurately as possible, so PLEASE do be patient with that! The cover took me months to finish, I completely forgot about it for a while Sonic and the gang went to Soul Hill, half of Green Hill that has been taken over and corrupted by exe's for the past year. Their mission was to stop the Exe's from taking over Green Hill entirely, and getting rid of them for good. There is a mysterious border that keeps the Exe's from leaving Soul Hill, but they won't stay back for long. There was very little time left. Only a month before Darkiplier, otherwise known as Dark, would finally have all he needed in place to become the rightful leader of this world. Taking the necessary precautions, he had everything planned to a tee. You on the other hand, were just trying to survive from day to day. Two separate worlds. One connection. How will things unfold? (Yes, this is envisioned for a girl, but if you're a guy, then feel free to put yourself in it's place. I just didn't want to have to keep putting (he/she/they) every time I wanted to say "She walked down the street", etc.) -Author Notes before proceeding- I've had ideas for reader inserts before, simply because I feel lonely at times. There have only been a few that have honestly peaked my interest and made me feel like I was in the story. So why not do the same with a character I love to death and I'm pretty sure you all know and love as well? Which is why I present to you, a Darkiplier Reader insert. I don't do reader inserts, and they're kind of frowned upon (at least from my knowledge), but I'm doing this half for me, half for the other people that also feel lonely and want a short adventure. As if it could actually happen (in another world, of course). So strap in if you want to stick with me as I try to write this. An alternate universe where 7+ people in the "real world" get teleported to a horror-survival game for 5 days. If they die in the game, they die in real life. 5 days... until they realize that it's not actually a 5 day-stay. The characters in the story are not the literal characters from the Sonic franchise. They're different characters who take on the form of them. Nonetheless, they slowly become their character unwillingly. Based off of the roblox game "Sonic.EXE:The Disaster" by OutLaik.

In hell, there are two types of Demon. A Highest or a low-class demon. The Highests rule over hell and harbour reality bending powers others wish they could have. The Low Class demons still have powers, but few. The two Demon classes live in some amount of peace and the lower of the two work for the higher of the two. This simplistic nature is broken when a betrayal of the highests happen, a case of which the story revolves. Exetior was a Highest once, he worked well and was respected. This all changed however when he started to grow a feeling of remorse. He had been stationed on the planet of Mobius for awhile and had decided to try and defend it. This came to head when Exetior had defended to demon Negagen and cemented his betrayal to the highests, eventually being trapped and escaping from his Master Emerald prison and demonising the people of Mobius. He was now putting a plan in motion with the tortured and almost insane demon Sark along with their newly demonised teams, they would defeat the highests and save Mobius once and for all.
