"Distracting myself is the only way I can survive." Sierra Jenkins didn't think she'd escape the darkness unharmed, but there she was walking into The Gain trying to live a normal life. Just when she thinks everything is too good to be true, she's slapped in the face with an increase in her rent that plummets her back into the depths of darkness. Working double shifts, pulling all-nighters, and working out to escape, she loses herself trying to make ends meet. Her body takes hit after hit as she pushes her limits, but she masks it all with a deceiving smile. But Kyle sees right through it. He knows what it's like to suffer in silence and he doesn't want to see the only trainee that sticks around slowly deteriorate herself. Anxiety-ridden, emotional, and draining, the real life struggle of a college student trying to survive. ******* Photo by: Jaspeorology on Pexels Edited by: me

Where do you, a normal high school student, want to be in 10 years? Past college and everything, when you have a job- where will you be? Most likely you will have a good career in mind(who doesn't like a higher paycheck!) . Now look closer. How will you get there? A good college is a pretty standard answer. Think even closer than that though; how will you access that college(everyone wants it, but they don't have enough spots for everyone)? The answer is to prepare for college(and in doing so for life!) . Contrary to popular belief a 'successful' high school time doesn't have to suck. Most people just haven't done what they need to for success. Picture yourself right now. Think about your grades, your friends, your extracurricular activities, your fitness etc. Then picture yourself with better grades, more friends, more after school activities, and a better physical body as well. In addition to this, you will ENJOY life in general more than the average high school student. Now picture what is standing in your way. Laziness, boredom, lack of general knowledge of how to get some of these benefits, etc. These are just a few of the reasons people don't help themselves get better, and everyone has a few of them at some point or another. But if you read this book, you will gain access to powerful techniques to make life better, more fun, and much more rewarding in the long run After all, you will have to face this journey of self-improvement sometime in life, so let it be now to reap maximum benefits before it is too late!. "Don't live the same year 75 times and call it a life." - Robin Sharma "Never give up on a dream just because of the time it will take to accomplish it. The time will pass anyway." - Earl Nightingale "Instead of wondering when your next vacation is, maybe you should set up a life you don't need to escape from." - Seth Godin Best rank: #310 nonfiction

This is basically just a reminder for me and a space for me to look back at when I achieve my weight loss goal ;). I will jot down what I kinda eat and do during the day to work towards it. Also sharing "knowledge" that may help others . (Don't worry I prioritize my health first always) A journey to self-confidence, self-love and... croptops 😜 P.S if you think that talk about weight loss may trigger you, this may not be recommended. However, I want to emphasize that I am not encouraging unhealthy habits etc in any way and will plan it in a more healthy way .... Also I am not a professional so everything I say may not be true I am open to questions (if not rude) and such ! Now let's get to it! 🤪
