Unknown to all, there is a world named Exodia, a world of keepers of magic, supporting every worlds' life and energy. It is the reason why magic exists. It has the Exodial Core or the Exodahl, which is the source of life and magic. It is guarded and protected with wizards and sorceresses of four most powerful magics which is maintained to be co-existing in order for the magic to be in full strength. But chaos approached as the core's energy suddenly dims and weakens, and the dark wizards called Vestrals (wielders of dark magic, not dependent on Exodahl) used the opportunity to annihilate Exodia and its magic, for good. As the start, they invaded Celestai, leaving the celestial magic wizards unprepared but fought with all their might, despite of them being the holder of the strongest magic, the core's weakening did not help, which almost lead to the death of celestial magic. But, the late magistrate of celestial magic, Halaena, planted a magic seed to her daughter, Hestia, who is bearing a child that time, and sent them in the mortal world to save everyone, then she sacrificed her life force to strengthen the core for a short period of time to prevent the Vestrals from their plans. Years have gone by in the mortal world, and a college student form Montgomery Academy named Mark Enu experiences unexplainable things that always make him found lying on the ground outside of his dorm every night. Little did he know (but his friends know), a magic inside him is surfacing.

Miranda is jealous that both her parents Atem, the King Of Games and Atarya, the Queen Of Games have titles and she doesn't so, Atarya helps her create a title of her own but, what she doesn't know is that Yugi already knows her little secret and that he's planning to get Atem in on it.
