destined series #1 Started: 04|30|24 Ended: 11|18|24 Astriluna Trishanne Gonzales always seems a little too far. Mental illness became her silent shadow, something she never spoke of, but always carried. As years passed, she drifted further from people who tried to reach her, convinced that she was too broken to be loved. But Rylixan Uno Wilde came, a musician and dancer whose presence felt like sunlight through heavy clouds. Parang lahat kaya niyang gawin, makinig, maghintay, magmahal. He showed her that healing isn't always loud or fast... sometimes, it's just having someone beside you who refuses to let go. And for the first time in a long time, someone told her without words that it was okay to rest.

It's about learning to navigate the cage of self-doubt, discovering the quiet strength inside, and finding the courage to spread her wings, finally. A lot of this stuff is overexaggerated, so.... :)

⭐ DESCRIPTION Everyone called him the perfect son - brilliant, gentle, disciplined, the child every parent prayed for. But perfection can hide things... and his older sister was the only one who ever saw the shadows behind his smile. After one night changes their family forever, she begins to piece together the truth he carried alone - the pressure, the secrets, and the silent battles no one noticed until it was too late. Now, as the world continues to praise him, she faces a painful reality: You can live with someone every day and still not know their story. And sometimes, the "perfect" child is the one hurting the most. In a family built on expectations, love, and buried truths, she must uncover what really happened to the brother everyone thought they knew.

In a quiet town in Cavite, two lives move in parallel beneath the same pale dawn. Euquillia Waverley "Quila" McHale, 22, wakes before sunrise to hold together a family slowly unraveling: a father who can no longer walk, a mother who spends to feel alive, and siblings chasing dreams too fragile to fund. She works, she endures, she survives, and somewhere between exhaustion and grace, she sketches her way back to herself. Colt Kjin Caswell, 22, a mind far beyond his years, jogs through the same streets each morning, chasing thoughts instead of fortune. His days revolve around quiet observation, his nights around creation, until one morning, by the gate of EPZA, he meets a girl who reminds him what being human truly means. Neither speaks of destiny, but both feel its pulse. Their worlds, built from struggle and solitude, begin to blur at the edges where logic meets longing, and every breath feels like the start of something infinite. A story about the kind of love that never asks, never demands, and only gives. Because sometimes, the most powerful love is the one that doesn't need to be spoken to be heard.

Marinette Dupain-Cheng never expected her life to feel this normal again. After years spent protecting Paris, defeating an akuma army, and finally bringing down Gabriel Agreste's reign of terror, she thought peace would feel strange. But in a small sunlit apartment overlooking the Seine, peace feels a lot like waking up tangled in soft sheets, sharing coffee with the boy she once only dreamed of, and sketching designs on the balcony while he practices photo poses to make her laugh. Adrien Agreste, finally free from his father's control, is learning what it means to choose his own future. Modeling still follows him, but now it's on his terms - new agencies, new opportunities, and a life built with someone who sees him beyond the spotlight. For the first time, he is not a puppet or a hero. He's just Adrien... and Marinette is the one place where he truly belongs. Marinette's dreams of starting her own fashion line collide with the pressure of Paris' competitive industry. Adrien struggles to define who he is without the mask, without the miraculous, and without the man who controlled his past. Together, they face critics, old expectations, lingering trauma, and the strange ache of learning to grow as individuals while building a shared life. And when a new threat quietly rises in the city-one not magical, but human, calculated, and dangerously tied to the Agreste name-Marinette and Adrien realize that even without suits or superpowers, courage comes from the heart. Their greatest battle now? Learning how to love each other in a world where they finally have the freedom to live in.

"It is a truth universally acknowledged, that a single woman in possession of a good fortune, must be in want of a husband." Wait, that's not quite right. Malak, for one thing, does not have a good fortune, at least not the finanial kind. Still, she always felt like she had it all, though some would argue that point, especially distant relatives. But she just made tenure, upgraded to Yamaha bike with that bonus check, and most importantly, the adoption process has been finalized and she was the proud mother of the 15 year old Noor, after fostering for five years. But most people back home, all they can see is a established but single Muslim woman in her 30s in desperate need of a man, who doesn't put enough effort to get married, and selfishly chose to have a child on her own. Over the years, she's avoided potential blind dates like cooked meat on Eid morning, but deep down, she wasn't sure she could get past her belief that love and marriage weren't in her 'qadar' file. Still, nothing is ever as it seems, and when it comes to love, Malak knows better than most, that it is best not to be blind.

The Messy Art of Growing Up is a collection of thoughts, memories, and realizations from someone who's still learning how to navigate life. It starts with childhood-the innocent days when the world felt simple-and slowly unfolds into the confusing, emotional, and sometimes painful chapters of growing up. Here, I talk about the things I used to believe, the mistakes that shaped me, the lessons that took years to understand, and the quiet moments that changed everything. It's not a perfect story-it's full of contradictions, doubts, laughter, heartbreak, and growth. But that's exactly the point: life is messy, and so is becoming yourself. This book is a reminder that it's okay not to have everything figured out. It's okay to fall apart and start again. Because maybe, the real art of growing up isn't about perfection-it's about learning to find beauty in the mess, and grace in the process of becoming.
