    - If you get us killed, Hurley, I will personally haunt you for the rest of your miserable afterlife. - Sweetheart, if we get killed, I'll be too busy buying you a drink in hell to care. Florence Thorne is a New York academic in the year of 1933, who is far more comfortable sorting dusty museum archives than dodging jungle traps. But when her obsessive scientist father vanishes into the uncharted depths of the Congo, Flora has no choice but to swap her ink-stained pens for a pair of field boots. Her rescue mission goes disastrously wrong when she is left stranded in the green wilderness. Lost, desperate, and definitely not dressed for a trek, she bumps into Jack Hurley (for her luck... Or not). Jack is a rugged, charismatic, and entirely reckless Australian outfitter with a smirk that should be classified as a hazard. He is broke, incredibly charming, and hunting down the exact same ancient, glowing relic her father is. She thinks he's a crude, reckless brute who doesn't take a single thing seriously while he thinks she's a rigid, rule-following little scholar who won't survive a week in his shoes. To survive the wilderness, criminals, saboteurs and the secrets of a hidden waterfall, this unlikely duo must work together. Can a sharp-witted nerdy girl and a reckless Aussie survive the jungle... And each other? ✨ PEEK ✨ ✦ 1930s Pulp Adventure Vibes ✦ Opposites Attract / Nerdy Girl x Reckless Guy ✦ Strong, Charismatic Australian Guy (With plenty of dry Aussie humor) ✦ Enemies-to-Lovers & Slow Burn Romance (not that slow tho ;)) ✦ Forced Proximity (Only one tree-canopy bed!) ✦ Moral Gray Villains & Dangerous Ancient Mysteries

Zog likes his life to be predictable. A humanoid built for routine, he's perfectly content piloting a rustbucket ship with his mischievous robotic og, Blip, at his side. Together, they scrape by on odd jobs and avoid trouble or excitement. But the galaxy has other plans. When a series of catastrophes forces Zog to command the Duj, a cutting-edge (and alarmingly temperamental) spaceship, he's thrust into a universe of uncharted planets, hostile aliens, and malfunctioning AI. Blip, meanwhile, is having the time of his circuits, revelling in every chaotic twist their journey throws at them. As Zog struggles to keep the Duj-and his sanity-intact, they encounter a cast of eccentric allies and dangerous foes, from a sharp-tongued engineer to a mannequin-turned-lethal bodyguard. Together, they'll face exploding planets, galactic bureaucracies, and a cat with suspiciously good aim. In a galaxy where every mission goes wrong, every crewmember has quirks, and every button on the control panel might spell doom, Zog and Blip must find a way to survive-without completely losing their minds. Beyond Spuroxi is a laugh-out-loud sci-fi adventure perfect for fans of humour, heart, and intergalactic mayhem.

The Mt. Ama Dablam Expedition is one of the most spectacular and exciting adventures that one can experience. Climb Mt. Ama Dablam while also visiting Everest base camp and climbing the high Kalapathar rocky hill. This allows climbers time for exercises to support acclimatization before the Ama Dablam summit bid and an understanding of the country's landscapes. Mt. Ama Dablam Peak stands majestically above the Khumbu Valley, close to Pangboche, the last permanent village on the route to various destinations. Mt. Ama Dablam is a beautiful-looking peak, as its name means "Mother with a Jewel Box." Due to its shape, a massive block of ice and snow is attached to the neck of Ama Dablam. Mt. Ama Dablam, which stands at 6, 812 m (22, 349 feet), was once less climbed. But in the past few decades, the mountain has drawn more mountaineers, not because of its charm. The mountain, despite being a smaller peak than the other giant peaks that surround it, provides an exciting and interesting challenge.

Above my head is a violet sky. Below my feet, dry dark earth. The helmet cannot be removed out here, and all around me lie fragments cordoned off by the force tape of excavation sites. This is Viur. A dying planet in the system of the same name. And my place of exile. The word "archaeologist" in the occupation field is a joke at the expense of everything I used to be. My work now is studying a vanished civilisation. Frustration, restrictions, excavations, I can't stand - and one saving grace: a paper diary, a notebook, a hello from the time when this planet still bloomed. I want to believe that somewhere between its lines lie answers. Answers the researchers are looking for, and answers I need myself. What happened to you, Viur? And what am I supposed to do next?

Dr. Isla Vance is the best thing that ever happened to Halcyon Genetics. A brilliant xenobiologist with ice in her veins and fire in her fists, she has spent six years building a career, a reputation, and a life with the only man who could match her storm for storm. Dr. Kael Navarro. He was the agency's golden boy. A high-altitude scientist who laughed at death and loved Isla with the same ferocity he brought to every summit. Together, they were unstoppable. Until they weren't. Fourteen months ago, Kael led a small team into the Nepalese Himalayas. The objective: investigate anomalous thermal signatures deep in the Khumbu region. The cover story: a routine glacial study. The truth: something had been found. Something buried in the ice for centuries. Something that should not exist. Kael took two American scientists, three Sherpas, and a Pelican case full of equipment he refused to let anyone else touch. He never came back. An avalanche swallowed the Western Cwm. Kael pushed his team to safety and disappeared into the white. No body. No report. No evidence. The Pelican case - containing every scrap of proof, every photograph, every impossible data point - vanished with him. The agency closed the search. Declared Kael lost. Filed the insurance claim. Patted themselves on the back for limiting liability. His mother signed the death certificate through a fog of sedatives. The world moved on. Isla did not..... Authors Note: This is not a romance. Though love runs through every page like a frozen river. This is not a horror. Though the mountain has teeth. This is not an adventure. Though they will risk everything to reach the truth. This is a story about condolence. This story is a work of fiction. The Himalayan setting is real. The grief is real. The Yeti? That's between you and the ice. Dedication: For everyone who has ever climbed their own Everest just to say goodbye.

Based on the hit 2005 documentary along with Wayne Barlowe's 1990 book "Expedition", this is a pilot episode I wrote for an idea I had for what if Alien Planet got its own saturday morning cartoon much like the Future is Wild got on Discovery kids. the premise is that in the 24th century year 2358 Earth has become an uninhabitable wasteland after centuries of war ravaged the planet. Humanity was forced to abandon its ancestral home and seek refuge among the stars aboard the interstellar ark known as the starship Von Braun. Professor Hugo Cornelius Barlowe, a brilliant roboticist and exobiologist, has hatched a plan to save the human race: Project Regenesis, which involves sending pairs of autonomous robotic probes he built called "Horus Probes" to different inhabitable worlds in search for a new home for the human race. the story follows two horus probes named Leonardo Da Vinci "Leo" and Isaac Newton "Ike" as they crash-land on the backwater planet of Darwin IV and are stranded on the alien world as they learn about the planet and its diverse array of bizarre creatures while trying to find a way to re-establish contact with the Von Braun and get off the planet.

In the depths of space, where time slumbers and destinies are woven into a tight ball of shadows, they fell. Where the light only timidly flickers, and the darkness is the ancient breath of the Universe itself, echoing in eternity. Love is a ghostly fire flickering in the darkness, Friendship is a fragile vow, bound by stardust and blood, Betrayal is a serpentine whisper from the abyss, tearing hearts to shreds. Their footsteps echoed in the ancient halls - And awakened the dormant gates to the Void, where oblivion and madness dwell. What has awakened in the heart of pitch darkness? Who will open the door, behind which eternity and madness merge into a single round dance?

In 1908, three explorers from Europe are venturing into the unknown far north of Siberia, with the main purpose to find diamonds and gold for a mining company in Vienna, Austria. Even today most of Siberia is unexplored inaccessible, we can imagine how was one century ago and what mysteries are still hidden there in the huge forests that reach the arctic circle. Many weird stories circulated in the European newspapers in those years, about Siberia and some strange things. One year before the Tunguska event in 1908, the world was spinning towards globalization with political and economical alliances. Although many zones were cartographied theoretical but not explored practically unknown, the population in growth on the social industrial trends started massating in the urban zones, leaving behind the curiosity of the explorers. It looked enormous from where she stood, but she knew that this was likely a consequence of the humidity in the atmosphere and the way the light bent through it. Anishe was not much bigger than the Terran moon, but it hung a bit closer to the planet's surface.
