Experementing Stories

This world is a little different to the normal mha universe. Actually its the complete opposite. A world where only 20% of the population has super powers known as quirks. Out of fear of their powers and what they could do people cast them away. Their own parents abandoned them to the rats. Years on quirk freaks as the quirk less called them are rapidly growing and becoming harder to control. As society is changing, turning upside down and falling into chaos Izuku Midoriya is growing up in the science facility he was sold off to go through experiments along side hundreds of others like him. This book is basically about him growing up in the facility and escaping. Finding out what the world outside is like and how it changed as they were isolated. The quirk freaks take power back. How will that go? Why does he escape in the 1st place? When he escapes (if he does) what will he find? Characters aren't mine! Story idea and plot is mostly mine however.
