Marble Elsnook ,with a life as clean as slate, hadn't quite recognised what she'd gotten herself into. But now that she was stood face to face with Cole Whittaker, knee deep in the chilling seawater of Oaken Bay, chest heaving, blood sprayed across both their faces, she knew she'd been corrupted. She'd rotted inside and it was snaking its way out to dig its claws into whatever relief could be sourced. The water lapped at her legs as she stared Cole down, teeth bared, breath heavy like a savage animal. The fog over the dark horizon didn't help the chill that ran up Cole's spine and for a brief moment his grip on his camera loosened. Then she lunged. Marble lunged, moving her hands to snatch at Cole's face, a sharp laugh of hilarity and madness leaving her throat as she did. "I'm going to tear the life out of your soul, Whittaker. You're dead to me." And what she got in return to her dark statement was a scream and an immediate sprint, splashes of water spraying behind him until it turned into flailing underwater. God forbid a girl's a little emotional sometimes.

Olivia is the only daughter in a family filled to the brim with boys, with five older brothers... life isn't very easy. After a few months of her brothers acting weird (at least weirder than their usual selves), her mother forces her to go to their college to figure out what's going on. Can Olivia survive? These are some short scary stories I found and wrote myself. It starts out slow, but picks up very quickly. Later on I will be sure to keep you up at night. (This is horror if it gets changed to short story again.)
