Izuku is part of a unofficial government program to create the perfect soldiers and spends his life killing high priority targets, following orders and killing I have adopted this story from ScaleHD......so yeah enjoy.......

Deku was kidnapped when he was 5. He was experimented on by shigaraki, and eventually dabi and toga. They always have to give him an ingection before they attack heroes that makes him act insane. When the ingection failed at the second usj attack, Deku flew away as fast as he could. Do the heroes take him in? or do they send him to jail?

Izuku's life growing up is very hard without a quirk, and he isnt able to fit into society's norms. But one day, a huge event happens, and it massively changes his whole life forever. If you cant guess, im bad at descriptions, but this is basically an experiment/vigilante/villain Izuku book. This is all just fun for me, so dont expect very regular updates or proofread chapters, I just write without thinking.
