(Blackhat x reader) Years before Dr Flug came to work for blackhat, you and him were friends. Both of you were daring and ambitious, and ready to take over the world. He was full of shining ideas for how to make humans better, and you were a willing test subject, ready to become more than you'd ever hoped to be. Only that never happened. The first expirament went completely wrong and ended in disaster. Years later you've been living your life in hiding and on the run, a broken shell of what you used to be, with a body that won't let you bite the bullet. You are a weapon, and people know it. Various organizations are after you, and in an attempt to finally get them off your tail you run to blackhat inc. where you know no one would dare follow. It's there that you find to your surprise, Dr. Flug, who, ridden with the guilt of having abandoned you after the failed expirament, offers to let you stay and help him in his lab. In the years 1899 through 1918, the U.S government was secretly working on a top secret experiment known as "Project Ultimatum". This Expiriment was focused on creating Super Soldiers, in case there were any wars that they had no chance of winning otherwise. They injected unknowing pregnant immigrant women coming into the states, telling them it was a vaccine of some sort. This did not affect the mothers directly, however it affected their children. Their children were given unimaginable abilities, and were watched by the government without anyone noticing. However, by the end of the First World War, President Wilson deemed it inhumane and unnecessary and Project Ultimatum was shut down, the children living normal lives, most unaware of their abilities. Flash forward to 1923, an incident where one of these children destroyed an entire town occurred. After the Government covered it up, they realized it would be best if these children were all eliminated. Now, they have to outrun the government and learn how to master their newly discovered powers.

Subject X10 is one of the many subjects who is put through these conversions as he faces the sensory deprived Orwellian spokesperson who barks his orders down the screens in the cell and into the electronic chip placed within Subject X10. The group fights to simply survive while they try to stay hidden from the government and keep their special gifts a secret. If they are even gifts, the group is unsure of where their powers originated from and they have no idea if they were born with them, given them, or of they got them through experimentation by the government at a young age. June, who's had to step up and become a kind of leader for the group, has one question that desperately needs to be answered, what happened to her older brother Trey? So the the group start their search for answers living the runaways life, while constantly struggling to stay alive.

As a young girl, I loved to play "doctor" with my barbie dolls. When I was seven, I grew out of that phase; when I was eight, everything that I did to those dolls happened to me....and worse. I was put through hell each day. This here is my story.
