Have you ever made a wish on a star and hope that it would come true? Luella did, but instead she ate it. When she's follows a cat, discovers a falling star, and lost half of her soul, her life is turned upside down. She meets a imperfect boy who works for the rebels and who wants that star she ate. What's worse? So does the empire. She now has to fight against her people to get her other soul back before the empire does, but at what costs? She is in between a war that has nothing to do with her and she can't pick a side. What would you do if you ate a powerful star that could change the world?

Destiny, a girl of only thirteen, has to move to Australia in order to stay safe from the SRA. As time goes on, she starts to learn who (or what) she really is. A choice must be made, to take on the responsibility of being a Shader leader, or deny her fate as her mother did. Destiny must face the challenges of being a Shader, but what is she supposed to do exactly? Will she lead her followers to victory or fail and leave the whole fate of the human race in the claws of the SRA? Will she succeed in being a Shader, or is being a Shader a lot more than what she thought?

A story of a man in a city that is unlike any other. Bad things happen. Don't let the cover fool you.

Her guy Best-Friend, the only person she trusts. They grew up together. They know each other better than they know themselves. But what happens when one starts to have feelings for the other. There perfect friendship could break before someone could say cucumber. Will they show there affection before it''s to late or will they be forced to watch as the other falls in love with someone else. Only reading on will tell.
