Even though it says completed I will be adding new poems every week. This is completely my work and my work alone and I Do not give permission to anyone to use or copy it. Thank you💕

This is not fiction. These are fragments of my lived experience - the weight of growing up under conditional love, shaming, and authority that shaped me into adulthood. Each chapter is written as it was first recorded in my notes: raw, unpolished, and without embellishment. I share them here not to dramatize, but to show that psychological struggle can be expressed through words. If you have lived through similar pain and have not yet sought help, I hope these writings remind you that your emotions are real, and you are not alone.

This grey girl is a collection of: - my thoughts - my feelings - expressions - opinions - what I want to say - what I never say - random nonsense can be classed as 'poems', but mostly it's a written version of the clouds inside my mind. hopefully you can relate, respond, and enjoy? :)
