Muchos cristales se han roto desde que estalló la guerra. Ventanas, escaparates, coches... La claraboya de su edificio, que tenía más de un siglo, voló en pedazos una noche. Solían llamar hogar a aquella casa que tuvieron que abandonar con lo puesto, pero ambos saben que ya se venía abajo mucho antes de que los cristales de París se hicieran pedazos.

"O fearless leader, what is the plan?" Grantaire asked mockingly. Marius, still lovestruck, gave Enjolras a bottle of wine, which he denied. "We have no time for your jokes or drunken comments. If you're not interested in our freedom, you may leave," He responded, gesturing towards the door. R took a sip from his bottle and stayed in his place. Grantaire is pining horribly for the unofficial leader of the revolution. Enjolras has no time for love, as he is married to France and freedom. There's also some Hamilton things thrown in here, so be warned if you do not like it. I made some changes to history, like the date of Angelica's death amongst other things. The revolution is also successful, so no one dies. More based on the movie than the book

If somebody would ask him how all of this started, Enjolras would answer that it was all Courfeyracs fault. Because of course, it was always Courfeyrac who slid people into the most awkward situations ever.

"He's beautiful, right?" Combeferre winced. He looked at Grantaire, who was still looking somewhere in the void. Even so, he could see his eyes glitter with something he hadn't seen before. Confusion? Sadness? Loneliness? He didn't like the look. He reminded him too much of himself. This is how he looked every time he looked in the mirror and thought of Enjolras. Combeferre suddenly laughed. His gorgeous laugh echoed through the silence. He shook his head, dropped a piece of the cigarette to the ground, stepped on it, and grab another one. "How long?"

Grantaire became a magician at a young age, though always preferred painting. Still, magic is art, and as long as Grantaire got paid, he was happy. That was until he met Enjolras, a blond skeptic. Determined to prove magic isn't just scams and robbery, Grantaire tries to teach his love of magic. Though things get complicated as the two are pulled into painful mistakes.
