(Promotional free ebook) This book entails short stories of human, artificial intelligence, or even skeptical alien character and vague memories, not entirely true but not that far-fetched. They might have happened in a dream or on some dark night when all reason seemed to be in a fog. Someone might have remembered them, or they might not have even happened yet, or never will at all. Some stories might deal with spatial disorientation, about which there is no real authentication but may leave the viewer feeling that they could have been there once in real life, or simply dreamed it, as if an experience of strange déjà vu has just appeared and then passed them by. Can you be in two places at one time? We'll see. How do you know that just because you dreamed something, that it wasn't actually happening to someone else? Strange dimensions of space and time might not be relative in one world and completely valid in another. (More stories added later. Keep reading.)

Ashlyn returns from her job in Chicago to her hometown of Fortuity Crossing. Her mother's antique store, Timeless Treasures, is sorely in need of renovation. As Ashlyn steps in to help, her pragmatic efforts, however, come at a price. She ran away years ago from her special "gift", as her grandmother calls it, to the distractions of city life, using her paranormal abilities rarely. But here, surrounded by people and places from her past that dredge up old memories, not to mention a shop full of objects with deep histories, Ashlyn's senses are heightened as her "gift" intensifies.

Some children see monsters under the bed. I saw them sitting beside me. When I was eight, the room went cold. That was the first time I knew something was different. Sixth is a deeply personal journey through a childhood marked by shadows, whispers, and visions most people would rather forget-or deny ever seeing. From ghostly figures behind library bookshelves to dreams that predict death, from the watchful eyes in a mango tree to whispers beneath a pillow-this is a story about what it's like to grow up seeing what others can't. Based on real experiences. Written to remind those who've lived between worlds: You're not alone.
