It's not fair. People keep telling me that "this is the only world we have", "you can't change where you are, Ailani", blah blah blah. I don't care! I seriously do not understand why we have the pleasure of books but the tragedy when we find out that nothing in them could actually happen. I want to live in a world where there are demons and I fight them, I want to be a demigod, I want to be part faerie, I want to be a mermaid but the harsh truth is, is that I can't be any of those things. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ailani is your not so-average teenage girl.
