ftm dysphoria.

People get worried when you're always distressed. This story is something I've been writing bits and pieces of for months, along with others but have only just felt like I should post after ready something about a trans* person. Having personal experience, considering I'm a trans* person, I decided should write about it. It's about something I fear having to one day go through, but I romanticized it because I can. This story is focused on Alan Ashby and his experience with having to leave home due to his mother worrying about his mental and physical, I guess, health. First two chapters will be short and sweet, but the rest will hopefully be of decent size.

As by my username you can tell something isn't all right. Or at least something gender wise isn't. Nothing adds up in my life anymore and sometimes it can get so frustrating, so I've decided to write everything I bottle up on a daily basis due to gender identity issues by writing it all down here.

3 AM is a time for thought, reflection, and for some, regret. For Nick Anderson- known to his peers and family as Odette- it's a time when he can be himself.

Leo Hawthorne is a 17 year old transgender boy trying to continue with his life in the city of Seattle. After his father, a famous musician, died 5 years ago, his family has been changed forever. Now, just him: depressed and faced with questions of identity, hate and self acceptance, and his mother: a now abusive and controlling drug addict live off of Leo's fathers left over fortune in a violent household where Leo is hurt emotionally and physically. This is until he discovers a new life in a small library a few blocks from his house. Here he finds refuge in the stories and the people of the bibliophile book club, including the owner of the shop: a 55 year old trans woman who consults Leo in his darkest of times. But, when Leo's mother learns of his new life outside of her controlling grasp he must face choices that could result in life or death.

This is nothing special, nothing you should be too excited to read. But stay if you want a little look into the life of a teenage boy dealing with a lot more than people can see. some of these are just thoughts that popped into my head, some of them may be considered poetry in the eyes of some of you, who are for some reason still reading. Interpret these things in a way you can understand them, there is no truer meaning than what it means to yourself. welcome to my diary.
