In today's world we are taught to float above the surface. Believing that we lack the capacity to think deeper and understand life to the truest extent. Many are afraid to look into themselves, to improve the definition of our 'true self'. To live life fully we must delve into the depths. We need to rethink what we have been taught and to teach ourselves that our mind and body can be capable of anything we want. We are the vessel for our hopes and dreams.

Life is such a roller coaster, and our efforts almost always end up in vain. We try perfection, yet it never works, adaptation too, it only gets worse. We always ignore the fact that what guides us throughout our whole existence is individuality; living much of a cliché is always a tempting option, and choosing such a path seems relieving every step of the journey. But do we ever try to connect our past to our present, and think of what the future has in store for us? Do we ever try to understand ourselves, learn from our past, and accept that it was all a moulding process, or do we often ask ourselves, directly, or indirectly, who we are, what we are supposed to be in terms of internal factors and society itself?
