___ Emery Hayes moved to the quaint coastal town of Blue Harbor to find inspiration for her debut novel. At twenty, with a notebook always in hand and a heart full of stories, she spends her days writing in the sun-soaked corner of the local café and wandering along the rocky shoreline. Eli Whitaker, a twenty-year-old painter with a quiet soul, has called Blue Harbor home his entire life. He paints in the old greenhouse behind his grandmother's cottage, transforming glass walls into windows of color and light. His art is raw and untamed, much like the wildflowers that surround his makeshift studio. Their paths cross when Emery, seeking refuge from a sudden storm, stumbles into the greenhouse. Captivated by Eli's art, she offers to write a feature on him for the town's small magazine, hoping it will break her writer's block.
