A relationship just established. A date planned. A weekend promised to another... An offer of assistance refused. Separation without a proper goodbye. A strike too close to defend against. Regrets are something everyone has, but sometimes the chance to rectify them simply doens't come. Something, it is just too late. Sometimes, death welcomes one into its embrace before they can do so much as say 'I love you' one last time.
