[ Fantasy / Romance / Book 1 ] In Pyxis, a city of fairies at the icy border of civilization, Queen Andromeda intends to reach into the modern world of humans and kill everyone associated with her ex-husband, Scott MacRae, the King of the Unworthy, born with the ability to live in either world, fairy or human. Scott's sons, Christopher and Joseph MacRae, are enmeshed in their own struggles, oblivious of the forces that have shaped their lives and led to a rift between them. The fate of the MacRae family rests in very small hands. With the queen's estranged daughter, Cassiopeia, acting as their guide, the MacRae brothers learn more about their intertwined families and embark on a quest to find Scott MacRae before Andromeda finds him first. Their quest, shared by the fairy princess, takes them great distances, both geographical and personal. All the while, Pyxis plagues their thoughts, haunts their dreams, and sends forth its dark messengers to carry out the war that started long before they were born. It is possible that love could heal old wounds. But in the wrong place at the wrong time, it may have as much dividing power as evil does. . . . *BOOK 1, SECOND EDITION *A Wattpad Featured Story *@fantasy - "Dark Fantasy" reading list *@highfantasy - "PRYTHIAN | Fae and Fairies" reading list *RUNNER UP in the Earnesty's Writer Awards "Fairy Tale" sub-genre The Fairy Tale series: Disgrace (prequel) 1) Winter's Bite 2) The Rising Star by

Ready to plunge into a Tinkerbelle retelling with a gothic twist? ReylaBelle of Tinker never thought crawling from under dead Spite would haunt her nightmares. Hands she once reserved for her craft were now fastened by rivets, coated in the blood of the horrid creatures she learned about within the comforts of home. ~~~ In Beviela, a town of fairies who forged the shifting weather, Belle endeavored to melt her existence away after an incident she caused wreaked havoc. Yet, the anniversary rattled the screw box of her reckless past, threatening to rupture the seal Belle kept tight. Among her everlasting commitment to the shadows, the approach of the Relicia, a sacred quest, was determined to expose the prowess of every fairy in Beviela. Grand Elders of each region must choose six fairies to retrieve a lost and pristine Relic. These mystical objects, swept from Fae territory long ago, were the source of their totem gold-dust used for divine magic and cyclical changes. Its magic only produced gold for fifty cycles. After five cycles of consigning herself to oblivion, Belle and five others must band together to venture on a hunt for a lost Relic. But, Belle's rusty past and misaligned team welded into a sputtered journey as they encountered creatures they'd only read about in school. Each tread Belle would take in the unfamiliar land was a moment closer to fairies deprived of gold. Without the Ancient Relic, or coveted dust in the fingertips of hungry Spite, ice would spread, prickling from Belle's failure once more; although, as before, this didn't mean a slight extension to the snowfall. Without their beloved gold, fairies can't recast the changes-frost would reign for good. **Chapter posted Daily* *

Good morning, I'm Kalliope Aoidós (yes, spelled like this: Καλλιόπη Ἀοιδός... pretty impressive, right?), Technical Account Manager at a company in... well, I'm sure you don't really need my CV for this. Let's try again. Hey, I'm Kalliope Aoidós, and I've got a little problem. Okay, more like an incurable, family-heritage problem. Technically, it's genetic-something my family has been conveniently passing down for centuries. One of my great-great-great-great-grandparents thought it was totally appropriate to insult his muse, calling her a "good-for-nothing" and a "sellout." How charming, right? Too bad that muse was THE Muse after whom I'm named. Apparently, she's not exactly the warm and fuzzy type. So why on earth do I have the honor of carrying the name of the one who cursed my entire family tree? Oh, that was my grandmother's brilliant idea. In a way, they "sacrificed" me to her by giving me her name, hoping it would change her mind about the curse. Spoiler alert: It didn't. So here I am, just like hundreds of my ancestors, stuck in the same lovely swamp. I'm a Book Jumper or, as my grandmother (who has a flair for dramatic epithets) likes to call me, a βιβλιοποδητής, which basically means "walker of books." And these are my stories. Or, more accurately, my delightful misadventures. Copyright 2025 AnemoneMarino. All Rights Reserved. A story about a girl who has to be around Y/N. Read it; I know you want to. Chloe works for the CEO of a large company, one that manufactures weapons. The CEO, Van Azzer, is also the alpha of the most feared pack of werewolves. Van tolerates no one and has no kindness or love in his 6'10 body. Then there is Y/N. 4'10, a 22 inch waist and thick thighs. Shes always clumsy, always "thinking outside the box". Mr. Azzer loves Y/N, from her size 3 feet to her messy bun. One thing about her? She always gets her way with CEO on her side. He favors her, so Chloe always has to take Y/N'S work load. Chloe hates the company, hates Y/N, hates Mr. Azzer, but she had to sign a three-year contract to get the job, as everyone did. It came with housing-tiny, run-down apartments across the street-and free lunch every day. She hates her life, and Y/N is making it worse, with piercing blue eyes always watching Chloe across the room.

The outposts are one thing, fey court is another entirely. With an inherited title she didn't earn and massive shoes to fill, Niamh tries to adjust to fey court. Dwendardian's forces are bombarding the castle, demanding Niamh's head for their leader. The harder she trains, the less adequate she feels, not in the least when her growing power only seems to be present when Eamon's annoying her. There is very little difference between love, lust and obsession. But, there is more than looming threats to the safety of all realms; the king's sons are caught in their own games and aren't averse to getting someone killed. While Eamon reminds himself his feelings for Niamh go no further than a simple fey obsession, he is still involved in the tug of war for power among the king's children. Fey obsession is a dangerous thing... So, oaths are formed and relationships tested as Niamh and Eamon are forced to hide away with the hope the fey can draw the fomorians away from Elfhaven. There, their own relationship is tested as Niamh gives in to her attraction to him. ...and, Eamon's will not be the only oath broken. But, once the threat is passed and they are back among others, Eamon is cold, distant, and his oath is near broken. But, not as broken as Killian, who senses the connection now forged between Eamon and Niamh. In faery, friend and foe hangs on a single whim. As Niamh continues to learn more about her fey heritage, she will come to see that there are many layers to the fey psyche. And, while she's slowly shedding some humanity and becoming one of them, she's only barely scratched the surface.
