I'm am an EXTREMELY novice writer, I've never been good at writing and making it sound good. But I've had ideas for these characters in my head for about 30 years. I have created the world setting with names and places, a timeline, a calendar and date system, and a fairly extensive character background for all of my main characters. I fed about 10,000 words into ChatGPT to create the first three sections, timeline, and setting for the story. I then had it take what I wrote for this story and make it flow and sound better. I have spent a good deal of time training ChatGPT of the canon elements of my story so that it doesn't mess anything up and I've adjusted and tweaked everything that it has created.
