Epiphytes harmlessly grow upon another plant. They take moisture and nutrients from the environment and depend on other plants for support. An orchid is an example of epiphyte.
I believe that most people are like orchids, we intentionally and sometimes unintentionally depend on others to fill ourselves with a sense of purpose. We surround ourselves with friends, families and even enemies, and they become our support systems, a reason or an excuse to exist. Most of what we know, we learn from the places we call home, our experiences in this place we call "home" ( our environment) shapes our character and influences our every decision.
ORCHID tells the story of people who like epiphytes, like to build their worth on others to feel a sense of want. Unlike the epiphytes, these people don't get moisture or nutrient, but hopefully, they get to let go of it all.
