Fahrenheit451 Stories

My English teacher made us write a two page epilogue for Fahrenheit 451 but never had us turn it in so I might as well upload it here so someone could read it. This is one of the best stories I've read (so far) along with Anthem by Ayn Rand.

I recently read a book called "Fahrenheit 451" , and it's really good, so I suddenly decided on a scenario: What if the characters of Fahrenheit 451 all texted each other in a group chat? Who knows what kind of mess will ensue from that. But we may never know what happens in those kinds of group chats!

My teacher wanted me to rewrite the ending and I've seen a few people on here who've posted their versions so I decided to as well ☺️ My two favorite characters were Montag and Beatty, I absolutely adored Beatty's character and so I wanted to see more of him and this is what this ending is. Well it's just more of Beatty traumatizing Montag because he's so silly like that!

Following the bombs, Montag and the rest of the book people return to the city to help rebuild. But Montag soon finds that rebuilding will be a lot more challenging than he could have ever imagined.

Guy Montag and Captain Beatty sat in the break room, drinking coffee, when the Captain suddenly pulled out a bunt and some green stuff in a small packet, "Hey, Montag. You ever smoked weed before?" he asked, smirking. a thrilling, inspiring new journey for our heroes

"Yo soy uno de los inocentes que pudo haber alzado la voz... pero tuve miedo". Esta frase de Faber en el libro siempre me hizo pensar en qué había pasado con él antes de conocer a Montag. Este relato cuenta la última tarde de Faber como profesor en la universidad, el día exacto en que cierran su cátedra y desmantelan la biblioteca del campus. Es una mirada a su intimidad, a su miedo y a la culpa que siente por quedarse callado mientras el gobierno y la apatía de la gente destruyen los libros. Lo interesante es que la historia está narrada en primera persona desde el punto de vista de uno de los libros que Faber rescata en secreto: Ensayos, de Montaigne. A través de sus ojos vemos el encierro de Faber en su sótano y cómo termina construyendo el famoso audífono verde para empezar a escuchar la resistencia.

Hi I am 12 years old and wrote this for a school project. The first sentence is in the book find it and start from there. I felt the ending was unfinished and so did my class we each rewrote a version.

Montag and Beatty hate each other. They have different views on books and knowledge, they could never get along. Despite this, they ignite something more than just books.

Montag flees the destroyed city only to find himself in more trouble.

If you have fallen in love with Fahrenheit 451 like I did, you may be left with some questions. What really happened to Clarisse McClellan? Where did Montag go next? What happened to the books? A blend of old and new characters, romance and new beginnings, 451 Seconds is the story of what happened next. (DISCLAMER: Characters and settings in my sequel are not mine but from Ray Bradbury's Fahrenheit 451. The plot is from my own imagination, I have no idea what Bradbury really would have wanted to happen to his characters.)
