This book will help you with ANY problem you might have. I might not have experienced some things but I'll try my best to analyze EVERYTHING about it and then after that I will explain how I dealt with the situation. Plus, some of those things are probably bound to happen to me so when I experience it, I'll add on and/or change it. I am not saying this book is the best thing to look up to. I am not a psychologist (not yet at least) with any degrees. I am only a teenager describing every detail of my life I can muster and putting it down so that people may see this and find hope.
