This is because selling heavy alcohol is not allowed in Belgium as all alcohols are unhealthy. Many of old people mentioned that alcohol can damage your liver but still people drink alcohol. Anyone can drink alcohol in Belgium that is why some of people drink a lot of alcohol and then they feel unconscious , yelling , abuse to everyone and do a lot of silly things even that they do not remember what they are screeching. Sometimes somewhere when police catches them like mishandled person. Police always advices them don't drink too much as it is not good for your health but still people don't pay attention. And sometimes when they get faint due to alcohol ambulance comes and bring them to hospital
