Serena knew she didn't fit with the other fairies. She knew she wasn't as nimble, graceful or even as pretty as them. More importantly, she didn't fear iron like every fairy should. After losing her way back home, Serena finds a new one, so long as she works her keep. It's better than the alternative as the Queen has taken an untimely interest in her and oddly enough, her blood.
