Elaine has finally met up with her true faery parents in Hunrel. She will uncover more hidden truths about those closest to her, but traveling to hell and back isn't so easy. Lorcan, a faery, and Colt, a demon, will do their best to help Elaine find her destiny and uncover what her family is keeping from her. However, the two aren't exactly seeing eye to eye much having to do with their own interests in Elaine. Then as always, he turned cold. My body was forced closer to him with his rough hands. My breath caught as fear leaked into my heart. "If you dare run away, if you dare reject me again, there will be no where for you to hide. There will be no loved one safe until I find you. And when I do you will never be free again. I will never give you another gift as I have given you now. You will always be mine and you will always do as I say. Disobey and I will make you destroy everyone's happiness that you have ever known while I watch. Then when you are finally broken I will make you mine. So I suggest you don't run away or hide because there's not an inch on this earth I will leave untouched." Every word was ice in my soul. Every word was more of a despairing truth I knew. "Why?" I asked so quietly. I thought even the air couldn't hear me. His eyes never blinked or changed. "You are my soul mate. I felt it the moment I walked into this house, the pull. I've never seen a creature like you. You would be the perfect jewel in my collection. You can do greater things than maybe even I can. I can feel the power inside you waiting to become free." He replied but it seemed he was saying it more to himself than to me. His eyes spoke the truth to me more than his words. I felt the sickening pull to. The way I wanted to make no space between us. It scared me the effect those eyes had on me. I knew I was doomed that very moment. I was doomed to be bonded with a man so evil, the devil himself would cower away.

A short poem that I wrote during writing club. We were supposed to write children's stories but they all became very morbid. Whoops. My friend liked mine and told me I should post it here, so I did. The poem is based on real events, sadly. It's about what some children used to do after reading Peter Pan (before the author J.M.Barie put in the part about pixie dust) and believing they could fly. Having to choose between keeping up with his fathers expectation and his will to be free, Hamelin is torn. Will he ever be truly free? All character personalities, designs, and story are mine. Of course there are a whole butt-load of references, but shut up and enjoy the story.
