Belle and Daniel fell in love with each other when they were younger, but a mishap happened and Belle forgot who Daniel was. When they run into each other in the present, Belle has no idea that Daniel is her long-forgotten love. Daniel doesn't either, but when they start to get to know each other, he realizes Belle is the girl from his past. Beasts and magical creatures try to seperate them, but he won't let it happen. He defends her with his life until he realizes his feelings for her haven't disappeared. He doesn't know what to do with it and ends up ignoring her. Belle thinks she said something wrong, and waits for it to blow over until she can't stand it. She can't stand being away from him. They are meant to be together, in happily ever after.

A revitalized story of Cinderella, switching between the point of view of Ashlyn- a young girl with surprising ties to the predicted overthrow of the kingdom- and her closest companion Charlotte- a Guardian assigned to protect Ash and the current dynasty. Both girls know magic, with Charlotte being exceptional and Ashlyn still learning. Charlotte also hides a secret- a hidden motive that may jeopardize her mission. The gypsie knocks into her and tells her that she will die in the hands of her master. Her fate is sealed, but she learns the big, bad wolf is not as big and bad as what everyone believes. Can she change her sealed fate somehow? Or will she truly die and have the same fate as her mother?
