Three years ago, the world was invaded by aliens known as the Scourge and humanity was brought to its knees. Earth was completely ravaged and destroyed, stripped bare. Now, what's left of the human race live in artificial worlds controlled by the Scourge; most people are too afraid to fight for their freedom. There are a few, however, that make plans to overthrow the Scourge. Dani is just trying to survive. Her brother, Cole, has no interest in idly standing by, but when his actions are blamed on Dani and the Scourge take action, Dani herself realizes that something needs to be done. And fast. But when her dreams start taking a strange turn and she begins hearing voices, warning her to stay away from the tower, her choices may mean life or death for herself and the rest of the human race.
