A holiday story about RiverClan's winter tradition. The longest night of the year is upon the RiverClan camp and according to the Clan's tradition each group in the clan has to find a gift to give to the cat they think displays the spirit of RiverClan. "When the Sky Fell", is a young adult fantasy novel, compiling 3 different mediums to tell the story of Summer 2010. Cas' Diary, Danni's Blog and Harry's scrawling notes tell the story of a reality writing pen which brings Cas' wildest dreams and darkest secrets to light in the form an adolescent star. Cassius, a 15 year old is gifted a pen by an estranged aunt on his absent father's side. Not entirely enthusiastic about the gift, he keeps it in his bag until one day, after his own pen had exploded on him he finally takes out the star encrusted pen; leading to the crashing of light in afar a field. These turn of events will make and break the trio of teenagers as Star crashes into their lives and changes their ambitions, relationships and future forever.

I was on the counch watching the news to see if they were worrying or wondering aboit us, after all we were the so called, "bad guys" said the news reporters. I didnt care about it because i was made for a reason to destory, and yes in Error CQ weird eh? Anyway cross was by me chewing on some chocolate i was about to take a bit and i would soon regret it " NOO! I WILL KILL YOU IF YOU TAKE MY CHOCO" he yelled at me "ouch....my non-existent ears" ;^; i whimpered, Cross then turned his face in the other direction "well thats what smarty pants like you get!" then the house startes to rumble "this cant be good" i whispered under my breath...
