Jace Tan wakes up inside a cryogenic pod in Vault 111 and realizes he has crossed into the world of Fallout 4. Outside the Vault, the Commonwealth is no longer a game. Radroaches the size of cats crawl through dark corridors. Packs of feral Ghouls wander the shadows of ruined cities. Deathclaws stalk the open wasteland, strong enough to tear through power armor. Far to the south, the Glowing Sea hides horrors that should never have survived. Beneath the earth, the Institute manufactures Synths to replace humanity. In the shadows, the Railroad fights to free every Synth it can find. From the sky, the Brotherhood of Steel descends with laser rifles and holy-war speeches. And the Minutemen... well, they can barely handle a few Raiders right now. Standing in a world devoured by radiation and war, Jace lowers his gaze to the cold device on his wrist. A Pip-Boy. Its screen flickers to life. Welcome to the Commonwealth, 2287. A place where hope is already dead.

You're an ordinary guy living alone, no friends, barely any life experience, and definitely not prepared for... well, anything. To earn some extra cash (and maybe have some human interaction for once), you decide to convert your home into an Airbnb. At first, it seems simple enough-clean the place, greet the guests, try not to embarrass yourself. But things take a turn fast. Every new guest who walks through your door turns out to be either a supervillain, an anti-hero, or just an extremely difficult personality. From brooding assassins to chaotic tricksters, you somehow attract the worst (and weirdest) clientele possible. Yet, underneath their tough exteriors and dangerous reputations, each guest hides a broken or tragic past they refuse to talk about. It's your job to take care of them anyway-keep them happy, comfortable, and preferably not destroying your house. You'll have to learn on the fly: Buy books on cleaning, social skills, or flirting (if you dare). Manage the house, wash the sheets, and survive their mood swings. And if you can't cook? No worries-you can always rely on Uber Eats... though your wallet won't be happy. Your goal is simple: keep your villainous guests satisfied, stay out of trouble, and maybe-just maybe-fix a few broken hearts along the way.

Hi I wrote this as a Fallout3 fan fic about one or two years ago and I liked how it came out and the storyline it had. It is short and I dunno if I will write more to it or not.

Deep into the future after a nuclear holocaust decimates the earth, survivors of the war are left to their own means, creating an unstable world left for the remaining people. Governments popping up left and right, dictators enslaving people for their own means, raiders and bandits and people stuck in vaults with the intended purpose of experimentation on the human body and mind. It's a lawless wasteland out there. Until one day, when a courier gets shot in the head. All rights and rights to characters go to their respective companies. Fallout, Fallout 2, Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas (I believe) are owned by Bethesda studios. Benjamin Castor is owned by me.
