The last survivor of a vault experiment reaches the surface of the new radiated world before him. Using only his knowledge learned in the vault he transverses the wasteland of Appalachia where he meets the cruel new challenges that come with living day to day. After meeting a bounty hunter and brotherhood of steel knight, these unlikely allies come together to take on what remains of the old world government and the possible return of the deadly Scorched plague that once tormented the land. Will these three be enough to stop the next threat to Appalachia?

In 2098 an orphan was caught stealing from a vicious clan of conmen, thieves, and murderers - she was given a chance to live, as long as she joined and swore to follow in their footsteps. Sno, the young girl with snow-white hair and stealthy step, was soon adopting the ways of the brutal raiders, not so much of the violence than on learning to mind her own business and avoid conflict. The world changed as the years flew by, and Sno grew to appreciate solitude as her mistrust of humankind grew, and at the same time, she was intrigued by the old world and what it had to offer. The world as it was forced its inhabitants to seek refuge, shelter, and safety among others. Groups began to form as settlements were built. Many sought to help, while some turned to ways that would benefit only themselves, and Sno only had an experience of the last mentioned. She finds herself on a journey that she had never been on before, as there was so much more to discover about the barren land, and even about herself in a world that greatly differs from ours. It had been nearly three decades since the nuclear fallout reshaped the world and was the cause and effect for a wide variety of changes in humans and animals. Everything became the survival of the fittest. Only time will tell is Sno strong enough to gain trust in other survivors crossing her path. At least what should've killed you. Chances of what kills you to become your Stand are slim. Though many people may die the same way, there are some exceptions. For example, if someone who died by... Radiation Poisoning by water and they obtain a Stand that is about Radioactive Water, if they died and someone were to die the same way, they have a chance of obtaining that Stand.
