When she escapes, battered and chained, she crosses paths with a lone ghoul - a wandering gunslinger who drifts between the crosses of dead churches and the neon bones of old towns across the vast wasteland, rosary rattling like the warning of a viper. He claims he wants the bounty on her head. He claims he's just another survivor trying to get paid. But campfires crack open old wounds, and every prayer whispered into the wasteland binds them tighter than the chains they share. Together they carve a bloody trail from the rotting slave pens of New Amarillo to the ghost ranches of Mercy - a place where family and faith were all that mattered - and from the Texas wasteland down to the Mexican badlands.

After getting separated from her family, a young girl named Juliet Weathers stumbles upon the settlement of "Little Lamplight" where she meets many other lost kids just like her, One being the settlement's mayor/mungo-enthusiast Mayor MacCready...they soon hit it off and become close friends. Watch as they and the others struggle to overcome the challenges that lie ahead in The Capital Wasteland and grow up to take on The Commonwealth as it all leads up to the big fight against the Institute and beyond...

In 2098 an orphan was caught stealing from a vicious clan of conmen, thieves, and murderers - she was given a chance to live, as long as she joined and swore to follow in their footsteps. Sno, the young girl with snow-white hair and stealthy step, was soon adopting the ways of the brutal raiders, not so much of the violence than on learning to mind her own business and avoid conflict. The world changed as the years flew by, and Sno grew to appreciate solitude as her mistrust of humankind grew, and at the same time, she was intrigued by the old world and what it had to offer. The world as it was forced its inhabitants to seek refuge, shelter, and safety among others. Groups began to form as settlements were built. Many sought to help, while some turned to ways that would benefit only themselves, and Sno only had an experience of the last mentioned. She finds herself on a journey that she had never been on before, as there was so much more to discover about the barren land, and even about herself in a world that greatly differs from ours. It had been nearly three decades since the nuclear fallout reshaped the world and was the cause and effect for a wide variety of changes in humans and animals. Everything became the survival of the fittest. Only time will tell is Sno strong enough to gain trust in other survivors crossing her path. The Vale council has become concerned about these mercenaries as more towns and villages are refusing to hire Huntsmen and huntresses for protection and many are threatening the Kingdom of cutting ties if they continue to push.
