Reborn, reporting all of the progress that tsuna has made to vongola nono and also reporting to him that tsuna's classmates are still bullying him and still thinks that he is still a dame at his third year of middle school. What will happen when suddenly their teacher, Nezu-sensei, has told class 3-A that they will be going to Italy as part of having a vacation there for a week? While at the same time, a troubles brewing that's quite near where Tsuna's class and his group are?

No. It also isn't a mental sickness nor an emotional one. He doesn't know what it is that plagues his mind every mind, what hunts his dreams that he couldn't remember in his wake, but he just knows that something is hunting him. Yes, Tsuna felt sick enough to die from the emptiness he feels. He felt that he could be swallowed by something within him once he lets his guard down. There were many times that he wanted to give up. Many times he wished he was dead. Yet, he feels that he is needed somewhere. And so, he fights, endures, and wait for the nagging feeling at the back of his head.
