Familty Stories

A young girl struggles through life as she realises how unstable her relationships with friends and family are. Overwhelmed with fear and panic, she discovers her voice through writing, which helps her make sense of various aspects of life and understand her true emotions. She reflects on the small yet impactful events in her life and uses writing as a means of escape to find peace and harmony. The girl embarks on a chaotic journey that only begins to make sense as she dissects every outcome that has led her to this point. She remains truthful to herself after spending years hiding behind a facade to cover up her trauma. Sharing her hopes and dreams motivates her to keep pushing forward, as she realises that she doesn't want to be perfect; she wants to be authentic. Ultimately, she yearns for freedom.

April doesn't really get out of the house much, her life isn't all that exciting until she decides to go to one party. In fact, one that her friend was hosting. She bumps into an older guy, one she's never met before. From here, her life either turns upside down or finally, right side up. With her parents divorce, a tragic event with her best friend and having to move with her mom, things were getting complicated. But that was just the beginning. This boy she met, Lex, may have something more to do with her life than what she had intended.

As I was walking down the empty street where my 'school' is or was the building is there but no one else is there, you see this town is cursed and only a handful of people still are here. Everyone else either disappeared when the curse was placed on Red ( the town name) and some of the ones that didn't disappear died but the ones that did survive learned that they weren't spoiled anymore.
