I Am Not the Problem, I Am the Story
This book wasn't written out of bitterness. It wasn't written to blame anyone, or to point fingers, or to paint myself as a victim. It was written because for far too long, I kept quiet.
I was always the one being told what I should do, how I should be, who I was supposed to become. And when I didn't fit into the version of me they created, I became the problem. The rebel. The misunderstood one.
But deep inside, I knew I wasn't the problem. I was just a story no one took the time to read.
This is a collection of moments-some heavy, some hopeful. Some filled with grief, others with soft joy. It's about growing up in a space where love was given, but not always in the way I needed. About being blamed for things I never said out loud. About finding light in loneliness.
And most of all, it's about reclaiming my voice. Because I have the right to speak. I have the right to feel. And I have the right to be more than a label someone else gave me.
So if you're here, thank you. Thank you for reading my story-the one they never asked about. Thank you for seeing me, not as the problem, but as a person who's still becoming.
This is me, turning silence into sentences. And this time, I'm not apologizing for telling the truth.
