A humorous, understanding she-cat who's role is a medicine cat, what is her life and story?

The four original clans - Thunderclan, Shadowclan, Windclan, and Riverclan, have been known for many generations. But even legacies die, including the four clans of the Lake. After the four clan are wiped clean by monster taking over the forest, loosely banded cats to take their place. These cats are no older than apprentices, and must learn all the ways of the Warrior Code. They rebuild with the four new clans, Thistleclan, Briarclan, Steamclan and Shadeclan. As time go on, the tides of Starclan stir as a new prophecy emerges, "The leaf will cover the light, only the night can save the tide." What does this mean?
