With it now open to the public, a special promotion of the opening is arranged. With the Tracy's of International Rescue, Lady Penelope and Parker Creighton Ward mansion, and the Spectrum officers aboard Cloudbase eagerly watching, disaster strikes after the Mysterons announce they attempt to blow a hole in worldwide rescue operations.
