I lost a bet with my sister, so this exists now. Send in your Naruto OCS for me to review! I'll try to review them fairly, but not all ocs will get the same treatment. (all the OCs + art on the cover by yours truly) (unless stated otherwise, no other images belong to me, especially if credited)

This is just a book I am planning to put a full count of characters that I make. While most of these characters are going to heavily follow One Piece, a lot of these characters are also going to be a part of my own original ideas as well. Please note that any and all art that is featured in this book is and will remain property of me unless stated otherwise.
